Mall parking lot (left side, old Burdines)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>2200 East Fowler Ave, Tampa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This will be a\u00a0\u2018Drive-in\u2019 meeting of all TARC membership to vote on two changes to the TARC By-Laws.
